A slight background suggestion: on wikipedia you can get the crest in whatever size png you need, up to 2000px square. The links under the resolution info link to those. Might make the background look smoother if you used an already-big crest instead of enlarging a smaller one c:enlarged jpegs are a pet peeve of mine orz
